Lilly Russell

Overview

Lilly joined our firm as a Paralegal in August 2026, shortly after successfully completing her law degree at Worcester University. Her academic studies provided her with an excellent foundation for her role at SFL and sparked a particular passion for family law.

As part of her studies, Lilly secured a voluntary work placement with Citizens Advice Bureau, where she gained invaluable practical experience in an advisory role, and developed her understanding of supporting clients with a range of legal and personal issues.

Lilly also brings considerable experience from other customer-facing roles, giving her strong communication and interpersonal skills. She understands the importance of listening to clients, putting them at ease and providing a positive experience throughout what can often be a challenging time.

Lilly is enthusiastic about developing her legal career and looks forward to building upon her experience within our family law team.

Outside of work Lilly enjoys completing a concert bucket list and painting as a creative outlet.
