Kelly has acted for a client lacking capacity and therefore took her instructions from the Official Solicitor. Kelly routinely represents parents subject to Care proceedings but also grandparents wishing to make applications within those proceedings. Kelly has advised and assisted clients incarcerated, whereby their family law proceedings have also been significantly impacted by their criminal proceedings.

Private Law Children

Kelly represents parents in private law disputes and is conscious and sympathetic of the emotional impact of Court proceedings on all parties. Kelly advises clients of the benefits of resolving disputes between parties, wherever possible, as a timelier, cost effective alternative than Court proceedings.
